North America Sales and Marketing Announcement

Floranova and Vegetalis are undergoing a strategic restructure to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the US operation.

Customer Service
The US commercial office in Pierceton, Indiana, is now fully operational with a full team managed by Shannon Trowbridge in place. Shannon will manage all inventory and logistics for the Americas. The US sales office will report directly to Kate Monaghan, Logistics Director. This reduced communication line will improve the decision making process and the speed of response to the broker network.

Sales and Marketing
Duane Sinning’s last day with the company is 26th August 2011. Brokers will be assigned key account managers from the senior team of Floranova / Vegetalis, who will provide a personal service to meet customer’s specific needs. This model will provide excellent customer support and provide enhanced opportunities for the North American customer base.
Pack trials and other industry marketing events will continue as normal. Our aim will be to further improve the quality and relevance of our marketing for the benefit of the trade.
New media technology will be increasingly utilised in the marketing strategy of Floranova and Vegetalis.

Product Development
To ensure the successful launch of the strong product pipeline of Floranova and Vegetalis, the North American product development function will be enhanced to increase market specific early phase development trials in collaboration with brokers and growers to provide better technical information and to improve the effectiveness of new product launches.
